8. Undeliverable Packages

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed packages returned to us will be refunded, excluding original shipping costs.
